Practice Engagement Manager
The manager of practice and payer engagement is responsible for managing the relationship with our independent partner practices and managing CKP value-based contracts. We are seeking a director to manage our growing portfolio with a focus on health care quality
Key Responsibilities:
Practice -Serve as the primary operational partner for independent nephrology practices aligned with CKP.
Manage the flow of data from the quality committee to the nephrology providers in concert with the CKP chief medical officer - Primary responsibility for implementation.
Manage payer contracts - Closely monitor executed payer contracts and implement changes required during the term of the contracts. Ensure that CKP is meeting data-reporting deadlines and quality KPIs required by CMS and other payers (e.g., hospitalization rates, transplant referrals).
Recruitment - Manage our HR vendor with a focus on onboarding care coordinators embedded in member practices.
Quality - Responsibility for measuring, communicating, and achieving CKP quality goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in healthcare leadership. Examples- health care quality director, practice manager, business development officer for a health care delivery company. •
Background in healthcare quality management
Expertise: Value-Based Care (preferred)
Skills: Proven success in provider engagement.
